Warranty Information

The Metz Warranty fully covers any manufacturing or material defects of meters for 12 months from date of purchase; 180 days for flash tubes and batteries.

To receive this warranty, the defective product must be sent with a copy of the sales receipt/proof of purchase and a short written summary explaining the problem to the following address:

This warranty is not valid for equipment that has been tampered or opened by an unauthorized Metz Repair Facility. It also will not cover any damage sustained by operator error such as damage caused by dropping, water and other causes of damage not covered by manufacturing defects or material defects. Metz or Manfrotto Distribution cannot be held responsible for damage caused by unsatisfactory operation of equipment – such as wasted materials or other expenses.
